You can create MySQL database through members area. Login to your members area at
http://www.netfreehost.com/login.php
After loging into members area, click on "MySQL" button. If you have a MySQL Database, details will be listed in the next page. If you don't have MySQL Database, click "Create MySQL Database" buttom to create new MySQL database.
